So I know that I am a "day late and a dollar short," but it's been a very busy week, so Fashion Friday was delayed. This is an upcycled bubble dress. I had bought this shirt at Target for $1 knowing that I was going to cut it up and make it into something for Mini, as it is soooo soft and with the help of my serger, this was a 30 minute project.
